I was out of town for 3 days so I did not know the http://hainesoncarpetcleaning.com website went live.  I think it is beautiful!!!!  Thank you all so much!

Also I got a call this afternoon from a man in California who found our website and  called us to clean for his dad who lives in Lake City, MN because of our website.  He said “you guys have a
REALLY nice website”!

I am so happy with it,  will look at it more closely over the next month to put some of our pics on it too.

I would like to comment on Lael at Key Web Design. I have recently had Key Web Design build my second website. Lael has been right on top of everything seeing crucial changes were made promptly. Lael has been very proactive with any thing that has needed attention.  She has jumped in and taken on others responsibility without ever complaining.  She always had been respectful and kind in handling any issue large or small.  You can trust Lael to get the job done. She is the best I have ever worked with.

I was contacted by someone that was going to try to build me a website for my business. I thought I would check around before making a decision.  After doing so, I decided to have Key Design Websites build me a website .  They would create the website, host the site as well as take care of the placement of the site and make my changes for me. The initial cost was a little more but in the long run with them hosting the site as well as getting the placement on the search engines it was well worth the investment.

Years ago I did my own website and paid to host it.  Well it was better then nothing but I generated very little business from that. Then I hired a company that would give me a so called FREE website.  One thing I forgot,  FREE costs you MORE money then paying for quality.  What a nightmare that was!  Took over my Google accounts.  Pointed them to a website they controlled including a phone number which THEY owned.  So when I finally figured out that all I was doing was paying a premium monthly fee for nothing and it was not generating me any leads.  I then began to cancel.  Since they took control of my Google and Yahoo accounts and they had all  the search engines pointing to THEIR phone number which I no longer had access to it was a disaster. If anyone did calls that number it went nowhere.  Took about 3 months to correct this problem and I am sure it cost me leads.

I could not have been more pleased with the service and the help of Key Design Websites.  They built a great website.  Corrected the Google, BING and Yahoo search engines.  They were wonderful to work with.  Once this site was up and going I was getting calls immediately from the website.  Well worth the investment and it was paid for itself many times over.  Hosting fees are Very affordable.

In fact the website did so well I dropped ALL advertising in the Yellow Book and the Impact directories and I was receiving as many or more calls the  I did the year before.  I had a tracking number for my DEX account.  I decreased my add size to 1/3 of what I had the year before.  Checking on my tracking number I had about the same number of calls as before per month.

For the best return on my investment the Key Design website was the BEST thing I did as far as my advertising.
