Located in Redvers, SK Eyes to the Sole Yoga should be your next call! Laurette received her reflexology certification in 2001. Her love of yoga started when her daughter moved out. She found herself an empty nester in 2007, and transformed her home to practice yoga on her own from a TV series. She began Yoga Teacher Training and in January 2013, and embarked on that journey. Laurette offers several styles of yoga: Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Get a Burn on, Children’s Yoga, Reflexology, Reiki, & Raindrop Therapy.
